These vouchers can be redeemed at various destinations across India and can be used for separate vacations.To redeem a voucher, please submit your booking request at least 30 days in advance. Bookings cannot be made for destinations within the same state as your residence. The physical voucher must be sent to us for processing. At the time of booking, a refundable demand draft of INR 499 is required for confirmation. After the first voucher has been utilized and you have received your cashback, there will be a waiting period of 7-10 working days before you can submit a request for the second voucher.Please be aware that these vouchers cannot be used for bookings during certain peak seasons (May 1st to June 30th and December 1st to January 31st), long weekends, or national holidays. Bookings also cannot be made within 30 days of the package expiration date. Combining both holiday vouchers or using them with a food voucher is not permitted. Please note that the holiday voucher with INR 2500 cashback can be used if travel is refused after a booking has been confirmed.

2.We’re excited to offer you a food cashback voucher worth INR 5000! This includes two food cashback/reimbursement vouchers, each valued at INR 2500. To claim your cashback, please send scanned copies of your food bills to our WhatsApp number at 011-49071762 or email us at info@dwdgroupholiday.com. After sending the digital copies, you will need to submit the original tangible copies of your bills along with the cashback voucher physically at our address to receive your cashback. The cashback will be credited to your savings account within 30 working days after we physically receive your bills along with the ₹2500 cashback voucher. Please note that the ₹2500 food cashback voucher can exclusively be used for food purchases. All bills must include a GST number and clearly mention the food items purchased. Essentially, we require proper GST-paid bills for Cashback processing. This voucher can be used during the vacation only. you cannot use it separately.
